Here are the Pre-requisites:
Strength training experience of at least 1 year.
Portray yourself as a healthy role model in the area of fitness level, body composition, communication, and character both online and offline.
Having fitness coaching experience is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a great contributor to the team culture at MOVE from day.
Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier personal trainers together with management teams.
Be ready to do more than just management. You never know what else could make you tick therefore from time to time you’ll be exposed to tasks and challenges outside of the realm of studio management.
Happy to lead yourself and team members to thrive in both character and competencies while being humble to be led to experience breakthroughs of your personal limitations.
Willing to learn to articulate and find ways (such as taking courses, reading books, brain pick people ahead of you, etc) to constantly improve the art of communication.
Actively participate in growth-related activities such as workshops, training, seminars, competitions, and networking events both within and outside of MOVE.
Work closely with HQ teams across marketing, education, finance, and operations.
Assist in the setup of a new studio.
Ensuring a smooth integration with team members.
Participate in all in-house trainings and workshops, contributing to both personal and team growth.

What exactly is the MOVE Studio Partner program?
It’s a co-ownership partnership designed for experienced fitness trainers or studio operators who want to own and operate one, two or more MOVE Private Fitness studio in their city without needing to raise full startup capital or build systems from scratch.
Is this a franchise?
No. MOVE operates on a partnership model, not a franchise system. Partners are co-owners who receive equity, ongoing support, and dividend payouts without the restrictions or heavy franchise upfront fees of a traditional franchise.
This model also allows you to diversify and expand — meaning successful partners can go on to own multiple studios across your city and beyond without needing to invest their own capital.

Do I need prior business experience?
Not necessarily. But you should have strong leadership qualities, a growth mindset and the drive to learn business fundamentals through MOVE’s training and mentorship system.
Do I need to have capital to join?
No. You don’t need personal capital to get started. Because MOVE is a proven and profitable business model, it has the trust and track record to unlock funding from investors who believe in its success. This allows selected partners to open their first studio without using their own money while still enjoying co-ownership and profit-sharing.
Can I open more than one studio?
Absolutely. Many of our leaders progress from owning one to multiple studios — expanding into regional leadership roles across different cities and countries, while continuing to earn from every studio they open. And through MOVE’s co-ownership structure, each new studio adds to their growing portfolio with both active income and dividend income potential.
